Message of His Excellency the Ambassador

The national day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia comes to us every year to recall the first important historic event of the year. Our country is celebrating this precious anniversary (anniversary of 88th National Day), it is an everlasting event and glorious occasion, in which the generations can understand all values, comprehensions, sacrifices and tremendous  efforts, which accompanied the building of this gigantic territory. We are celebrating this day to express our love and regards hidden in our hearts for this blessed land and for those personalities who has the credit after Almighty Allah, for the welfare and stability of our country. In a few years the Kingdom witnessed the unprecedented civilization leaps in all sectors. In this context the Kingdom’s vision 2030 which is a comprehensive vision for all aspects of life, and it enters into very accurate details about the future of the country in economic, educational, social, cultural and civilization aspects, and a deep bright outlook for the future as well as great ambition towards comprehensive and sustainable development, as it has been planned by the good leadership.
The Saudi-Bangladesh relations are deep rooted and excellent which is standing on strong foundation of religious, cultural and humanitarian ties since 1975-1976. The Saudi-Bangladesh relations witnessed further strength after the visit of Her Excellency the Honorable Prime Minister, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina to the Kingdom in 2016 and her meeting with the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, as well as frequent high-level visits by a number of Bangladeshi officials to the Kingdom and high level visits by a number of Saudi officials to Bangladesh.
In this occasion, we have the pleasure to express our thanks to the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh for extending their support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to restore legitimacy in the Republic of Yemen against the Houthi militias and its full condemnation of ballistic missiles attacks launched by those militias targeting the Kingdom - Almighty Allah protected her - which reached (190) attacks till now.
We pray to Almighty Allah to protect the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Saudi people and to save the peace and security of our country. We also hope that our beloved Kingdom will continue to serve the two Holy Mosques.
